Price Proctor psychologists conduct evaluations of a variety of types for the criminal and civil courts as well as for other entities. In the criminal courts, this includes evaluations addressing competency to stand trial, mental state at the time of the alleged offense, and various sentencing issues such as assessment of future risk. In the civil courts, this includes assessment of psychological and neuropsychological injury as well as the evaluation of sex offenders being considered for possible civil commitment pursuant to the Texas Sexually Violent Predator Act. 

In addition to referrals related to the proceedings of the criminal and civil courts, the psychologists of Price Proctor perform pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations as well as evaluations concerning psychological and/or neuropsychological disability at the request of various agencies and licensing boards.
